At h.davis we take pride in the work that we do and the products we send home with you. Our guarantee is that if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of receiving your services we will see that they are corrected for you.
Purchasing professional at-home care is important to support your new style. However, if they do not meet your level of satisfaction, simply bring back your gently used product within 14 days for an in-salon credit.
Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking appointments. We suggest having two or three regularly so you are always assured of knowledgeable and personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illness or unexpected travel plans. We are very team oriented and like to make sure you, our guest, is well taken care of regardless of who you see on a regular basis.

salon h.davis is proud to be a Green Circle Salon. Our partnership with Green Circle allows us to recycle a large percentage of the waste we produce every day, waste our local recycling facilities cannot handle.
We recycle our empty color tubes, used foils, hair clippings and even leftover color! Protecting our local and global environment is very important to us as a team and we believe that small changes in our routine can have a big impact on the world around us.
Need to cancel or reschedule? We understand things come up! Please just give us 24-48 hours notice so that we can fill your appointment. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will be scheduled for the stylist’s next availability. But please, don't no show. A “no show” is defined as an appointment being missed with no phone call or notice to the salon. We will be adopting the following policy regarding ‘No Show’s
1st No Show: darn it, we missed you. Give us a call if you’d like to reschedule your appointment
2nd No Show: we were looking forward to seeing you! We are happy to schedule you the next availability with your preferred stylist or if you’d like in sooner, we can schedule you with another stylist who has more availability
3rd no show: you are welcome to book the soonest availability with a well trained level 1 stylist. We will require a deposit for this and any future appointments.

We say this with complete understanding—parenting is a full-time job, and we know it’s not always easy to find childcare. But to truly enjoy the services, attention, and peace of your visit, we want you to be able to fully focus on you—without the added responsibility of keeping little ones entertained or safe in a space designed for adult self-care.
